Did I mention summer and mango yet? Here’s to more mango panna cottas! . This one’s got a mix of mango purée, a little cream, just a dash of sugar and unflavored gelatin set as the bottom layer. Set at an angle to get that beautiful crisp line going diagonally through the cup. The second layer is a simple vanilla panna cotta. Topped with fresh blueberries. I didn’t have any mint sprigs, but those would have added the perfect contrast to the blue and white on top. . . . . . #pannacotta #mangopannacotta #dessert #summerdessert #summertreat #mango #mangomania #tropicalfruit #mangodessert #shotglassdesserts #summerfood #delicious #yummy #tasty #yum #food #foodie #platedexpressions #beautifulfood #foodphotography #foodart #colorfulfood #foodstagram #sweet #fruitdessert
