Happy New Year Insta community! A couple days late... but we are just about kickstarting the year off, so please accept my belated but heartfelt wishes. May this year help you either find your lobster or hang on to it forever. What’s your lobster, you ask? Read on. If you grew up in the 90s loving the series F.R.I.E.N.D.S like I did, you know about the lobster. Funnily enough, over the past year or so... my teen kids have come to love the series as well and that meant reruns after reruns! In addition to the reruns the series’ lingo and terms have caught on too. One such term is Phoebe’s “he’s her lobster” - which she got from the fact that lobsters mate for life... loosely translating it to “meant for each other”. So here I am taking it a step further and opening the term up beyond the soulmate match. May you find your lobster in all possible ways - be it a hobby, a career, a home, a friend or whatever it is that your heart desires... may you find it in 2021! So like cake is to coffee or cranberries are to apples in this apple cranberry cake... this plated expression is just a reminder to go do what you love and your lobster will be by your side!
