I’d eat these in a heart beet! Probably one of my most favorite easy appetizer to serve up a crowd (just make sure you don’t have white furniture!!) Boil up the beets, slice or chunk them up, a dash of freshly crushed sea salt (has to be sea salt) and another dash of coarsely ground roasted cumin (has to be roasted and coarse). A few fresh leaves of cilantro on top and done!
