I had a grape time! . Green, red, purple, black or any color in between... you can’t not have a great time with grapes! . Today’s feature is most simplest and one of my most creative attempt (even if I say so myself) at whipping up a dessert in minutes! Necessity is the mother of invention after all. There were two things to be achieved - satisfying the dessert craving and getting a grapes picture for today’s collab. Enter: The Grape Rusk! . The crust: Cake rusk (can be replaced with biscotti). The cream: Mascarpone cheese, a spoon of milk, honey to sweeten and some raisins (they are grapes too)! The garnish: Black grapes, sliced thin. .
