Kickin’ it up a notch with... Zing popcorn cauliflower! . Staying in has brought about many challenges... one of which is putting out snacks for all kinds of family togetherness. Movie nights, game nights, Happy Hour with virtual family/friends and so on. To keep it interesting and to be able to work with limited ingredients and within limited time is yet another challenge! So this evening my quest began with opening up the basement refrigerator to find a full cauliflower head and some celery! Battered the florets up with some spices, baked them up... tossed them up in some sriracha sauce and butter, back in the oven for a quick broil, served up with some homemade ranch dip with celery alongside! Perfect Saturday night snack for some virtual poker with friends. Next time, gonna try this in beer batter.
