Lunch at my desk (a messy desk). . Wanted something with a zing. Sautéed up grilled chicken in horseradish-cranberry sauce. Tossed up some mixed greens and arugula. Topped that with some broccoli slaw, chopped tomatoes and chopped spicy cheddar sticks. Added the chicken and some croutons for crunch. Dash of olive oil, wild blueberry sea salt (from Alaska) and crushed tellicherry black pepper. I’m good to go.
