Lycheeliciously mango! . Summer hits and and my mind instantly thinks mangoes and more mangoes. So this one is a little funky spin on the plain and simple vanilla panna cotta. I’m not going to get into panna cotta recipe details... as you can find tons and tons of them on Pinterest and most all are a simple combination of heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and unflavored gelatin. To that I added some lychee purée to give it that hint of lychee.
