Oh school lunches... You are back! My take on making those sandwiches interesting... jazz them up with a variety of spreads and aioli. On my recent stop over in Paris (thankfully), I went mustard-crazy. Take me to a run of the mill grocery store in France and I am like a child in candy land! But a trip to France isn’t necessary for that. Your local grocery stores will have plenty options too. This here is just another Ham and Swiss with arugula. Jazzed up one with black currant mustard and another with walnut mustard. My other favorites are horseradish aioli, Thai chili aioli, sriracha aioli, garam masala mustard... combine these with fresh deli meats and cheeses and lunch cannot get better!
