Pin me a wheel.

Pin me a wheel. A chocolate one with some caramel bananas. Because sometimes you just want something chocolate and with the least effort in making. Pop open a frozen puff pastry sheet. Let it thaw to the point where it’s flexible. Use a rolling pin to slightly roll it out. Just a few back and forth actions and you are good. Generously add @nutella spread on top of the sheet to cover it completely and evenly. Roll up the pastry sheet, like you would roll up a carpet. Cut out 1/4 inch thick discs from the roll. I like going around it with dental floss and giving it a twist to cut so the discs stay round. Bake the discs at 400F (preheated) for approx 10-15 minutes or until the pastry turns golden brown. For the bananas, slice them thick, coat in granulated sugar and air fry at 375F for approx. 10-15 minutes or until sugar is caramelized. Serve together, add in a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a dollop of freshly whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream. Whichever way you prefer, make it your plated expression... for expression is our identity. Make it. Share it.
