A rad cheeseboard Happy Friday all. Haven’t done a cheeseboard post in a while. So here’s one. But this one is kinda special as it has my experimental radish salsa in it... which turned out to be a super hit. And that too with the kids. Imagine that! On the board/slate: Radish salsa Tequila and whiskey cheeses (our latest obsession) Candied pineapple Walnuts Grapes Strawberry slices (heart shaped for continued Valentine’s spirit) Water crackers Radish salsa: Cupful of finely chopped red radishes, half a white onion also finely chopped, half a jalapeño finely chopped, some chopped up cilantro leaves, salt and juice of half a lemon. All mixed together. Eyeball and adjust proportions to taste. Serve with corn chips or with crackers like I did here. Friday snack is rightly done with this plated expression. Make it. Share it.
