And then you twist! . A couple of months ago, a friend reminded me of the go to Delhi snack - dahi toast, aka yogurt steamed/cooked on bread to form a curdled (in a good way), gooey, cheesy, and tangy topping over crispy, crunchy toast! It may sound weirdly strange, but trust me it’s yummily good. In this twisted version I mixed homemade yogurt with chopped coriander, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, added some spices and spread it over puff pastry, baking till the yogurt was cooked and the pastry is golden crispy. The end result is a warm and gooey medley of tastes and textures.
