It’s like old times . Weekends come and go, we’ve got nowhere to go. Birds come by to say hello as the clouds lazily stroll past. I vaguely remember life being like this... don’t know what took over us? When did the human race only become a race? This just may be nature’s way to remind us to pause and reel in the simplicity. In keeping with keeping it simple, this past weekend was just about that. A night out in the yard, with grilled food... one of which was none other than my favorite Shishito peppers - flash grilled over charcoal to bring that perfect blistering, topped with sea salt and lime juice.
