Pink Radish love A simple radish and yogurt dip with blue corn chips to start the Valentine’s weekend off. The inspiration for this comes from an age old raita recipe that was a staple of my childhood. Here’s what I did - chopped up some radishes very fine. Same with one red onion and a quarter of a jalapeño - both chopped fine. A little chopped coriander, some salt, sugar and a good amount of greek yogurt... is all you need to finish it off. Mix. Let rest for some time and serve with blue corn chips. Of course add wine or a cocktail on the side and you are set for an awesome start to the evening. I wasn’t sure how this was going to go down... but the bowl of this plated expression was polished off! Make it. Share it.
