Presenting - The Paan Perfect Parfait . How’s Diwali going so far, guys? Eaten enough yet? I know I have. Way too much! So let’s make way for the queen of digestive desserts... the paan parfait. . It’s easy and quick to put this colorful cup together. It’s all in the layers and here they are- gulkand (rose petal jam), shreds of paan (betel leaf), grated coconut (not desiccated), candied saunf (fennel seeds), tutti-frutti (candied fruit), more shreds of paan, scoop of malai kulfi ice cream or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with rose petals, some more fennel, tutti-frutti and glitter it up with some gold leaf! . There’s no better way to end a festive night dinner than this plated expression. I stand by it. .
