Simple love is the best love. Featuring an orange, coconut cake: to celebrate love, to celebrate the snowy season out there and to celebrate our inner wishes for a tropical breeze. ♥️❄️🌞 A very Happy Valentine’s Day to all. Celebrate love today... because it’s a part of every day and not just today. No frills here. Just a simple cake. Go with your favorite cake recipe and switch out the liquid for part orange juice and part coconut milk. Can work well with a boxed mix as well. You could ice the whole cake or cut out shapes using cookie cutters. I cut out a round that is a perfect share portion for 2. Frosted with freshly whipped cream and topped with sweetened fresh grated coconut (mix coconut with powdered sugar). The strawberry hearts are the perfect finish.
